A Guide to Our Awesome New Partnership:
ViTAC Solutions & CPR-Life Services
The Big Idea: Teaming Up for Total Preparedness
I've got some fantastic news to share! On July 11, 2025, we made it official: CPR-Life Services is teaming up with ViTAC Solutions. This isn't just another handshake deal; it's a real game-changer for anyone serious about being prepared. We're bringing together two expert-led companies to create a complete preparedness system. Think of it as elite skills meeting elite gear.
Our partnership has a formal name for our roles: CPR-Life Services is the "Premier Training Partner," and ViTAC Solutions is the "Preferred Equipment Provider". It’s a two-way street. We believe in their gear, and they believe in our training. Together, we're a one-stop shop for real readiness.
The whole idea is simple: skills and gear are two sides of the same coin. You can't have one without the other. What good is a high-tech tourniquet if you don't know how to use it? And what good is expert training if you don't have reliable tools when it counts? We're closing that gap. Our campaign name, "CONFIDENCE IN CHAOS," says it all. That's what we want to give you—the cool-headed confidence to handle a crisis.
You might notice that both of our companies are pretty new, having started up in 2024. But the people behind them are anything but rookies. We're all military veterans with decades of combined experience in emergency and tactical medicine. We decided to join forces from day one because we knew we could offer something much more powerful together than we ever could apart. This partnership is our core strategy. We're here to offer the most complete and credible preparedness solution out there, built on real-world experience.
The People Behind the Partnership
The strength of our "CONFIDENCE IN CHAOS" campaign comes from the real-deal experience of the people involved. Let's break down who we are and what makes this partnership so solid.
CPR-Life Services: Training Forged by Experience
CPR-Life Services is me, Brendan D. Tran. My mission is simple: "to empower individuals and communities with the highest quality, hands-on emergency medical training". This isn't just a job for me; it's a passion born from over 13 years in the U.S. Navy, from May 2010 to June 2023.
My expertise comes from serving as a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Corpsman. That means I was the medic for U.S. Marine units, often in tough, forward-deployed combat settings. I was in Afghanistan for Operation Enduring Freedom, responsible for keeping combat patrols medically ready. The skills I teach aren't from a textbook; they've been tested under the most intense pressure imaginable.
I’ve also managed massive crises. When a USMC MV-22 Osprey crashed on December 13, 2016, I was part of the response team. My actions in that mass casualty incident were credited with helping achieve "Zero Loss of Life". That's the kind of clear-headed leadership I bring to my training.
I'm also a certified instructor and have been since 2012. I've spent over 5,600 hours teaching TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) to hundreds of U.S. and allied military members. I know how to take complex medical knowledge and make it simple, effective, and easy to remember. I’ve seen my methods work, like when I helped boost a hospital's first responder readiness from 19% to 58% in just three months.
Finally, I've planned for disasters on a huge scale. As Emergency Management Director for the U.S. Naval Hospital in Okinawa, I created preparedness plans for over 47,000 people. This experience helps me build a "culture of preparedness and resilience" that goes beyond just one person.
ViTAC Solutions: Gear That Meets the Special Forces Standard
ViTAC Solutions brings the same level of real-world credibility to the table. The company was founded by U.S. Army veterans, including co-founder Justin McAllister and a team of former U.S. Army Special Forces soldiers—the Green Berets. Their background is your guarantee that their gear is top-notch.
Their entire approach is built around the "Golden Hour." That's the critical time after a major injury when getting the right medical care can save a life. Their kits aren't stuffed with fluff for minor scrapes. They're designed to give you the tools to stop the biggest threats in that crucial window. Even their website is organized by the M.A.R.C.H. algorithm (Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, Hypothermia/Head Injury), which is a core part of tactical medical care.
ViTAC's motto is "quality over quantity". Their team of Special Forces vets personally curates every kit to make sure every single item is tough, reliable, and has a clear purpose. You'll find professional-grade tools like the CAT GEN 7 Tourniquet, QuikClot Combat Gauze, and HyFin Vent Chest Seals—the same kind of gear used on the battlefield.
A Shared Mission: Better Together
What makes this partnership truly special is how our experiences fit together. We combine the perspective of a Navy FMF Corpsman—who provides direct, hands-on care—with the perspective of Army Special Forces Medics, who are not only expert medics but also expert trainers.
This creates a complete system for you. The training you get comes from an instructor who has managed real-life mass casualty events. The gear you train with is chosen by operators who have trusted their lives to it in the world's most dangerous places. It's a perfect match. It’s a "best of both worlds" solution that you just can't find anywhere else.
