


Advanced Life Support (ALS) Course
Course Description:
Building upon BLS skills, the ARC ALS course equips healthcare professionals with the advanced knowledge and skills to assess, recognize, and manage life-threatening cardiopulmonary emergencies. Participants delve into systematic patient assessment, effective resuscitation team dynamics, rhythm interpretation, electrical therapies (defibrillation, cardioversion, pacing), airway management, pharmacology, and post-cardiac arrest care. Led by instructors with extensive critical care and emergency response experience, this course emphasizes critical thinking and effective team leadership through complex case-based scenarios. Conforms to the latest ARC Scientific Advisory Council guidelines.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the skills session and written exam, participants will receive an official ARC Advanced Life Support certification (valid for 2 years).
Target Audience:
Physicians, Nurses (ICU, ED, etc.), Paramedics, Respiratory Therapists, and other advanced healthcare providers who manage cardiopulmonary arrest or other cardiovascular emergencies.
