


Basic Life Support (BLS) Course
Course Description:
This course provides healthcare providers and public safety professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children, and infants. Focusing on high-performance team dynamics and communication, participants will learn critical thinking and problem-solving skills, along with psychomotor skills for performing high-quality CPR, using an AED, relieving airway obstructions, and responding to opioid overdoses. Taught by experienced emergency medical professionals, this course utilizes scenario-based learning to ensure competence and confidence in real-world settings. Conforms to the latest ARC Scientific Advisory Council guidelines.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the skills session and written exam, participants will receive an official ARC Basic Life Support certification (valid for 2 years).
Target Audience:
Healthcare professionals (Physicians, Nurses, EMS personnel, PAs, PTs, etc.), Public Safety personnel, and others requiring BLS certification.
