


First Aid/CPR/AED Course
Course Description:
Empower yourself to help in an emergency! This essential course teaches fundamental first aid, CPR (adult, child, infant), and AED skills for the lay responder. Learn how to recognize and respond to a variety of first aid emergencies such as bleeding, shock, burns, injuries, seizures, and sudden illnesses, as well as how to perform life-saving CPR and use an AED. Delivered by engaging instructors with real-world experience, this course provides the confidence and competence needed to act decisively until professional help arrives. Meets OSHA and workplace requirements.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the skills session and written exam, participants will receive an official ARC First Aid/CPR/AED certification (valid for 2 years).
