Advanced Bleeding Control Course
Course Description:
Learn critical skills to control severe, life-threatening bleeding immediately following traumatic injury. Based on principles proven effective in saving lives, this HSI course teaches participants how to recognize massive hemorrhage and effectively apply direct pressure, pack wounds, and utilize commercial tourniquets. Led by instructors experienced in trauma care, this training empowers anyone to become an immediate responder in a bleeding emergency. Aligns with national Stop the Bleed® initiatives.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the skills session and written exam, participants will receive an official HSI Advanced Bleeding Control certification card (valid for 2 years).

General Public, Workplace Responders, School Staff, Law Enforcement, Security, Event Staff, Outdoor Enthusiasts.
