1. Offer Details

This promotional offer ("Sale") is provided by CPR-Life Services LLC. Select training courses have been discounted by twenty percent (20%) from their standard retail price. The prices currently displayed on https://cpr-lifeservices.com for eligible courses reflect this final discounted rate.

2. Eligibility & Redemption

  • No Code Required: This is an automatic price reduction. No coupon code, voucher, or promo code is required at checkout.

  • Price Validity: The discounted pricing is valid for registrations made between December 24, 2025, and January 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST.

  • Retroactive Honor: Because this sale is based on live pricing, the discount cannot be applied retroactively to bookings made prior to the start of the Sale period.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

  • Included Courses: The discount applies exclusively to:

    1. In-Person American Red Cross (ARC) certification courses.

    2. Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) courses.

  • Excluded Courses: Unless explicitly marked otherwise, this Sale does not apply to:

    • American Heart Association (AHA) courses.

    • Health & Safety Institute (HSI) or ECSI courses.

    • Online-only courses (where no in-person skills session is required).

  • Merchandise: The discount does not apply to the purchase of physical goods, such as CPR masks, tactical medical gear (tourniquets, gauze), or first aid kits.

4. Pricing & Stacking

  • Final Price: The customer acknowledges that the price displayed at the time of checkout is the final transaction price.

  • No Stacking: Since the inventory is already discounted, this Offer cannot be combined with other coupon codes, group discounts, veteran discounts, or corporate rates during the checkout process.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refund Value: In the event of a cancellation eligible for a refund under CPR-Life Services LLC’ standard policies, the refund amount will be calculated based on the actual discounted price paid, not the full standard value of the course.

  • Rescheduling: If a student needs to reschedule a class booked during this Sale:

    • Before Jan 31, 2026: You may reschedule to another eligible class without losing the promotional rate.

    • After Jan 31, 2026: If the student reschedules to a date or course type not covered by the Sale, the student may be required to pay the difference between the discounted rate and the standard rate of the new class.

6. General Conditions

  • Errors and Omissions: CPR-Life Services LLC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. If a course is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, CPR-Life Services LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the course listed at the incorrect price.

  • Modification: CPR-Life Services LLC reserves the right to modify or terminate this Sale at any time without prior notice.
