Eligible individuals receive a twenty percent (20%) discount on select training courses. 2. Eligibility & Redemption

  • Verification: To qualify, individuals must belong to one of the following groups:

    • Military: Active Duty, Veterans, National Guard, or Reserve.

    • Public Safety: Law Enforcement, Firefighters, EMS, or Dispatchers.

    • Education: Teachers, School Staff/Administrators, or Childcare Providers.

  • Code Redemption: The unique coupon code provided via email must be entered at checkout on www.CPR-LifeServices.com.

  • Validity: The discount is only valid for new registrations made after the receipt of the code. It cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.

3. Inclusions & Exclusions

4. Pricing & Stacking

  • No Stacking: This coupon cannot be combined with other sales, automatic price reductions, seasonal promotions, or corporate/group billing rates.

  • One Code Per Transaction: Only one appreciation code may be used per student per checkout.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refund Value: If a course booked with a discount is cancelled in accordance with CPR-Life Services LLC’s standard refund policy, the refund will be for the actual amount paid at the discounted rate, not the full retail value.

  • Rescheduling: * Students may reschedule to a future date of the same course type without penalty (subject to seat availability).

If a student reschedules to a course type not covered by their specific appreciation category, the student must pay the difference between the discounted price and the standard retail price of the new course.

6. General Conditions

  • Proof of Service: CPR-Life Services LLC reserves the right to request professional identification or proof of service (e.g., ID card, badge, or work email) at the time of the class to verify eligibility for the discount.

  • Right to Modify: CPR-Life Services LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate these appreciation discounts at any time without prior notice.

  • Technical Errors: We reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from technical glitches or unauthorized distribution of coupon codes.
