1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the website https://www.CPR-LifeServices.com/ or booking a service with CPR-Life Services LLC ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. SERVICES RENDERED

The Company provides emergency medical training certifications via third-party organizations (e.g., AHA, ARC, ECSI, HSI, C-TECC, STOP THE BLEED®). The Company acts as an authorized training provider. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for conduct that violates our safety standards or code of conduct.

3. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

3.1 Pricing: Prices for public courses are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice.

3.2 Corporate Invoicing: For corporate or group training clients, payment terms are strictly "Due Upon Receipt" unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

3.3 Late Fees: Past due accounts may incur interest at the maximum rate permitted by New Jersey law.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND TRADEMARKS

The name "CPR-Life Services," the stylized Golden Caduceus with Silver Staff logo, and the shield design are trademarks of the Company (USPTO Serial No. 98649415). You may not use, reproduce, or display these marks without the prior written permission of Brendan D. Tran.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall CPR-Life Services LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, services, or reliance on information provided during training.

6. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
