●       Certification Data: Data required by certifying bodies (e.g., AHA, ARC, ECSI, HSI, C-TECC, STOP THE BLEED®) to issue your credentials.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your data to:

●       Process course registrations and issue certifications.

●       Send renewal reminders (approx. 2 years post-certification).

●       Communicate operational updates (e.g., class cancellations due to weather).

●       Internal business analysis to improve our services.

3. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

We do not sell your personal data. However, to provide you with a valid certification, we must share your data with national certifying bodies (including but not limited to the e.g., AHA, ARC, ECSI, HSI, C-TECC, STOP THE BLEED®) solely for the purpose of registering your certification and issuing your card. By enrolling, you consent to this necessary data transfer.
